Can I edit the generated content?

Yes, everything is editable. In Studio you can rewrite captions, regenerate images, change tones, adjust sizes and modify any part of the content. AI generates the base. You refine it until it's how you want.

Can I get a refund?

Can I have multiple profiles/niches in one account?

Yes. All content generated by ZapPost is yours to use as you wish, including commercially, you can resell, use for your clients, include in paid products, etc.

Can I use it on mobile or only desktop?

Yes, it works perfectly on both. Studio is fully responsive, so you can generate, edit and receive content directly from your phone.

Do I need to install any app?

Not required. ZapPost has an app, but you can use everything straight from your browser: just go to Studio at studio.zappost.ai and use it without installing anything. The app is there if you prefer it, but it is entirely optional.

Do I own the content rights?

Yes, 100%. All generated content belongs to you. ZapPost doesn't claim rights over anything you create using the platform.

Does cancelling mean losing access immediately?

No. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period already paid. For example: if you paid for the full month and cancel on day 15, you keep using until day 30.
