The summary, in four lines

  • The content you generate is yours, to use however you want.
  • AI gets things wrong. Reviewing before you publish is on you, and it is the most important point in this document.
  • You have 7 days to back out of your first subscription, through the same place where you paid.
  • You have to be 18 or older, with truthful information in your account.

This summary is here for a quick read. What holds legally is the full text below.

The words in this document

  • Platform (or Service): the digital system provided by ZapPost AI LLC.
  • ZapPost AI LLC: the company that owns the platform. EIN 41-4219308, headquartered at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
  • AI labs: the partners that provide the language models (OpenAI, Anthropic and Google).
  • Payment gateway: the third-party platforms that process billing (Hotmart and Eduzz).

What the platform delivers

The service is the temporary licensing of generative AI tools. Content is delivered as it is.

AI systems are probabilistic and can invent a fact, a number or a quote. Reviewing and curating whatever gets published is the user’s sole responsibility, before publishing.

Account and minimum age

Use is restricted to people who are 18 or older. When you sign up, you declare that you are that age and have full legal capacity.

Signing up requires truthful information. An account belonging to a minor or holding false information is closed with no refund.

Plans, payment and refunds

All billing and financial management is handled by third parties (Hotmart, Eduzz and Stripe), and tax invoicing follows the operator that processed the payment.

Under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, you have 7 calendar days to withdraw from your first subscription, requested through the payment gateway itself. After that legal period, we do not refund credits already purchased.

Who owns the content you generate

The code, the design and the platform belong to ZapPost AI LLC.

The content generated from your use is assigned to you, within the copyright limits that international AI legislation imposes (OpenAI).

What you cannot generate

You agree not to generate content involving hate, explicit violence, instructions for illegal activity or unfounded professional advice, such as a false promise of a cure.

Any violation leads to an immediate ban and a report to the authorities.

Limit of liability

ZapPost AI LLC, its partners and its providers are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or court penalties arising from improper publication made by the user based on what the AI generated.

You agree to hold us harmless from third-party complaints, including from bodies such as PROCON and professional councils.

Notices by WhatsApp and email

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Continuing to use the platform after an update means accepting the new version.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

For residents of Brazil, Brazilian legislation applies, with the guarantees of the Consumer Defense Code. The laws of the state of Wyoming, in the United States, also apply, and the jurisdiction of the company’s headquarters is elected for anything not covered here.
