The fields that change the result the most
Open “My Profile” and go to the Content section.
- Niche / Category: swap “health” for “clinical nutritionist, female weight loss without restrictive diets”. The more specific, the more the text sounds like you.
- Business Overview: what you do, for whom, what you sell, what sets you apart. This is where the examples inside the posts come from.
- Content Pillars: the subjects you always want to show up.
- Forbidden Themes: what the AI must not touch. A competitor, a technical term, a promise you do not make.
- Strategic Objectives: sell, fill the schedule, gain followers. It changes every CTA.
In the Company & Brand section, the Persona (who your customer is, with age, pain and desire) and the visual identity adjust the tone of the text and the colors of the images.
Click “Save Profile” at the end of the page. The change applies to everything you generate from then on.
When asking
The request counts too. “Sales post” gives just any sales post. “Post announcing the last 5 spots in the baking workshop on the 15th, sending people to the link in bio” gives a post that only works for you. The same goes for the Creative Assistant and the “AI Instructions” field.
The image does not look like my business
The generated image gets the mood right, but it is not a photo of your space. Use “Text + Your Image” in the post creator, which builds the post with your real photo. See does ZapPost generate images with AI.
