In practice
- Monthly plan: paid on the 1st and cancelled on the 15th? You use it until the 30th, and on the next 1st you are not charged.
- 6-month plan: cancelled in the second month? You use it until the end of the six months you paid for. If you paid in installments on the card, the remaining installments continue, because they are the division of a purchase already made.
When access ends right away
Only with a refund within the 7-day guarantee: the full amount comes back and access ends with it. See can I get a refund.
After access ends
Your business profile and everything you generated are kept for 90 days. Subscribe again within that window and it is all there. See can I come back after cancelling. It is worth downloading what you want to keep forever; what you already downloaded stays yours.
