Getting started

How does ZapPost work? You open Studio, pick post, story, carousel, script or ideas, say the topic and the AI generates it in your business’s voice. How long does it take to start receiving content? About five minutes: profile done, Studio unlocks. Content does not arrive on its own, you ask whenever you want. How do I set up my business profile? In My Profile, at the bottom of the menu. Niche, briefing, audience and themes: it is what makes the content sound like you. How do I log into my account? At studio.zappost.ai/login, with the email and password you registered when you bought. I forgot my password, how do I recover it? Click “Forgot password” on the login screen. The email with the link sometimes lands in spam. Do I need to install any app? No. Everything works in the browser. On the phone you can install it in two taps, without an app store. Can I use it on mobile or only desktop? Both. Studio adjusts to the screen, so you can generate, edit and download from your phone. I bought and did not receive access, what do I do? Check spam and the Promotions tab. If it is not there, write to [email protected] with the purchase email. No content arrived for me, what do I do? Content does not arrive on its own: you open Studio and ask. Generating the first one takes a minute.

The tools

What tools does ZapPost offer? Five inside Studio: posts, Stories, carousels, scripts and ideas. Plus the Creative Assistant on the home screen. What does the Post Creator do exactly? It generates the whole caption (hook, body, CTA, hashtags) and the image, created by the AI or built from your photo. How does the Carousel Creator work? You choose the type, the template and the number of slides, say the topic or paste a YouTube video. 30 credits per slide. How does the Script Generator work? Choose the format (Reels, TikTok, Shorts and others), say the theme, and out comes hook, body and CTA. No credits. Does the Idea Generator use credits? It costs nothing: no credits and no daily actions. Use it as many times as you want. Does ZapPost generate images with AI too? It does. Posts, Stories and carousels come out with an AI image, or with your photo adjusted by it. Can I edit the generated content? You can. Every tool has a Review step before finishing, and the Library reopens everything later. How do daily actions and credits work? Actions pay for text and reset every day. Credits pay only for AI-generated images. What is Magic Mode? The button for when you have no idea: the AI picks the theme from your profile and writes it all. Same cost. How do I create Stories in ZapPost? In Generate Stories: type, template, topic, and out comes the vertical story with image and text. 1 action and 30 credits. Where do I find the content I already generated? In the Library, by date, with search and filters. View details reopens it to copy, edit or download.

The content

Is the content AI-generated? It is, always from the profile you filled in. Nothing is copied from a ready-made library. Is content unique or do other users get the same? Every generation is new and built from your profile. Nobody gets the same post you got. Does it work for business and personal accounts? Both. Business accounts, creators, professionals and personal accounts that want to post more often. Is there a limit on how many posts I can generate? Per day: the plan releases a number of actions, which reset every day. Images use credits. The content came out generic, what do I do? Almost always an incomplete profile. Fill in niche, briefing and themes in My Profile and generate again.

Plans and payment

Is there a free trial? No free trial. What there is is the 7-day guarantee, with 100% of the amount back through Hotmart. Is there a money-back guarantee? There is, on every plan: 7 days, no conditions and no need to explain yourself. Can I get a refund? You can, within 7 days of the first purchase, in the Hotmart panel. It is automatic. What payment methods are accepted? Credit card and PayPal, through Hotmart. Pix for customers in Brazil. No bank slip. How do I change my plan? Write to [email protected] with your current plan and the one you want. Access is adjusted within 24 business hours. How do I get my invoice/receipt? Hotmart emails the receipt and keeps a copy in your purchase history. Does ZapPost store my payment data? No. Payment runs entirely through Hotmart and your card number never reaches us. How do I buy more credits? Click the credits balance at the top of Studio and pick a pack. Extra credits never expire. I paid for the 6-month plan and a charge shows every month, why? It is an installment, not a monthly subscription. The 6-month plan is one purchase, split on the card.

Cancelling

How do I cancel my subscription? Whenever you want, with no fee and no lock in. It is done in Hotmart and takes less than two minutes. Does cancelling mean losing access immediately? No. You keep using it normally until the end of the period you already paid for. I cancelled but I’m still being charged, what do I do? Check that the cancellation went through and whether it is an installment. If the charge is real, send the receipt. Can I come back after cancelling? You can, just subscribe again. Profile and history are kept for 90 days. Can I delete my account and data? You can, by email, within 30 business days. Cancel the subscription on Hotmart too: deleting the account does not stop the charge.

Rights and use

Do I own the content rights? They are, entirely. Everything you generate is yours, and the company claims nothing. Can I sell the generated content? You can. Resell it, deliver it to your own client, put it inside a paid product. No restriction on our side. Can I use it for multiple clients (agency)? Only with one account per client. Each account has one business profile, and there is no agency plan. Can I have multiple profiles/niches in one account? One profile per account. For more than one business, one account each.

Support

How do I contact support? By email at [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Brasília time, or in the live video office hours. How do I report a bug? Send an email with the screenshot, the step that broke and the device. The answer comes within 24 business hours. Is there an affiliate program? There is, through Hotmart, with a commission per sale. Write to us and we send your link. Android warned the app may have a virus, is it safe? It is safe. The warning is Play Protect flagging an app from outside the store. If you prefer, use the browser. The screen froze or gave an error while generating, what do I do? Almost always browser cache: reload or open an incognito tab. A failed generation deducts nothing.
