How it works
- It counts from the date of the first purchase, not from the first use.
- You make the request yourself, in the Hotmart panel, and the refund is automatic. No email needed.
- The money goes back through the same payment method. On a card, usually on the next statement.
- Access to Studio ends together with the refund.

After 7 days
The amount already paid is not returned, but you can cancel whenever you want and no further charge comes in. Access continues until the end of the paid period. See how do I cancel my subscription.
What about renewals?
The guarantee applies to the first charge. On renewals the Hotmart panel has no refund button; what you can do there is cancel, which stops the next ones. If a renewal came in after you cancelled, see I cancelled but I am still being charged.
