How to cancel your subscription
In 5 simple steps and less than 2 minutes. You keep access until the end of the already-paid period, with no future charges.

Go to Hotmart panel
Sign in at consumer.hotmart.com using the email from your purchase.

Select the ZapPost product
You’ll see the list of products you bought. Click on ZapPost.

Click “Set up payment”
A button will appear inside the product page.

Click “Cancel your subscription”
A button will be displayed to confirm cancellation.

Confirm by clicking “Yes”
Done. You’ll receive an email from Hotmart confirming the cancellation.
⚠ Important
- If you paid in installments via credit card, the remaining installments will still be charged until the end of the contracted plan. After that, no charges.
- If you cancel within the 7-day guarantee on your first purchase, the refund of the first installment is automatic.
- After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the already-paid period.
