How to ask

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the purchase email, your current plan and the plan you want.
2. The team replies with the path. Usually it is subscribing to the new plan through the Hotmart link and cancelling the old one, and the team makes sure you are not left without access in between.
3. Within 24 business hours Studio reflects the new plan.

From Monthly to the 6-month plan

It is the most common switch, because the 6-month plan comes out 40% cheaper per month ($69 every six months, which is $11.50 a month, against $19 on Monthly). Both have the same tools.

From the 6-month plan to Monthly

It can be done, but the already paid 6-month period is not refunded: the switch takes effect at the end of it. If you paid in installments on the card, the remaining installments continue, because they are the division of a single purchase.
