How do I get my invoice/receipt?

Hotmart issues the receipt and emails it right after each payment. If you cannot find it, it stays in its panel, under “Purchase history”.

Downloading from the Hotmart panel

  1. Log into consumer.hotmart.com with the purchase email.
  2. Go to “Purchase history”.
  3. Open the ZapPost purchase and download the receipt.

The email did not arrive

Search for “Hotmart” in your inbox and in spam. The receipt goes to the email you used to buy, which may be a different one from your everyday address.

I need it with company details

Write to [email protected] with the company name, tax ID and the purchase email, and the team sees what can be done.
