How does billing work?
Payment goes through Hotmart, which takes credit card, debit card, PayPal, bank slip and Pix. The charge is automatic each cycle: $19.00 every month on the monthly plan, $69.00 every six months on the 6-month one. The receipt lands in your email and stays in your Hotmart customer area, under “Purchase history”.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can, with no fine and no lock-in. Cancellation is done straight in Hotmart and takes less than two minutes. The step by step, with a screenshot of every screen, is on the cancellation page.
Does cancelling mean losing access right away?
No. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. If you paid for the month and cancel on the 15th, you use it normally until the 30th.
How does the 7-day guarantee work?
You have 7 days from the first purchase to ask for your money back, with no need to explain anything. It is the right of withdrawal in article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code. The request is made in the Hotmart dashboard and the refund is automatic. It applies to both plans.
If I paid in installments and want to cancel, what happens?
The remaining installments keep being charged until the value of the plan you signed up for is covered. After that there is no new charge. If the cancellation happens within the 7-day guarantee, the refund of the first installment is automatic.
Can I switch plans later?
You can. The switch is made in your Hotmart customer area, or you write to us and we do it for you. It takes up to 24 business hours and there is no fee to move up or down.
